Good deal?

I have no experience with High Powers at all, but this gun has one of the best triggers I have ever felt.  Easily equal to some of the best 1911 triggers I've shot.

Offer him $500...BHPs are not flying off the shelves most places. You have no way of knowing who did the work or how it was done...no way this is worth what a stock gun would be.
