I'm in the market for a keltec p32 but i want to make sure the one i get is a 2nd generation.

How can i tell the difference?  Are there physical features?  Serial numbers?

Thanks

While there are differences in the frame, sights, and slide, the most noticable is in the extractor.
The 1st gen guns have a "normal" bar-style extractor, such as this: http://images.gunsamerica.com/upload/976508215-1.jpg
The 2nd gen guns have a flat metal spring secured with a hex screw, such as on my personal gun: http://www.hunt101.com/img/352314.jpg

It's been 100% reliable.

What are the other differences? Is the 2nd gen weapon heavier or bulkier?

I think mine is a 1st generation (it's too far away to check). Should I be worried? I haven't gotten it out to the range to test it yet, so I can't vouch for the reliability...
