1. Has anyone experienced any problems with the Kadet?  It seems I read somewhere about people having FTEs.

2. Can I later buy a 9mm ("75 B") upper half or should I just buy a 75B now  + Kadet conversion instead of the full Kadet ?

3.  Will the Kadet upper drop on to a 75B SA ?  What about a P-01?

I've read of some problems with a few of the earlier conversion kits, however I've never had any problems with mine.

Probably have a hard time coming up with a 9mm upper. If you think you will want a 9mm in the future you'd be better off to pick up a 9mm now and then purchase a Kadet upper conversion. The 22 conversions are readily available.

It should fit on a SA version, I don't know why it wouldn't. I'm guessing it will work on the P-01. I have mine mounted on a compact frame and it works great. In fact if the P0-1 has 10 round mags you can swap the floorplates with the Kadet floorplates and they will be flush with the grip.

I had a few problems with mine for the first 300 rounds. I now have about 3000 through it and it is flawless, Great addition to a 75B
