I've got a CW40 that I need to install night sights on. How in the heck do you get the front screw installed? There's no possible way to get a mini screwdriver in there.

Easy way is to send the slide to Kahr and let them do it.
I "think" they use a special miniature off-set screwdriver similar to the ratchet handle that comes in a Chapman screwdriver or Allen driver set. You might be able to modify a Chapman bit or a Brownell's Magna-Tip driver bit to fit inside the Kahr slide with a Chapman ratchet. |

You need a PH00 screwdriver.
