I enjoy the ported barrel of my SA 1911A1 Loaded V12. Many people don't like the flash it produces, but I have become adjusted to it and now I don't even realize it's there anymore. I say it's a pretty darn accurate .45 that I ever shot.
Only drawback is the difficulty of assembly/disassembly of the gun.
