Don Hume has a nice belt slder check www.Jerrysgungear.Com. The 3 slot pancake from Gould and Goodrich is very comfortable.

Good places guys and thanks for the links but after traveling up and down the I-5 corridor Between Olympia and Fife ; I found a Bianchi Accumold (Model 7001 , size 13 ) that fits at none other than Bulleye's of the DC sniper fame . I choose a synthetic because I work around alot of salt water and under the conditions I work leather is too high maintenance .

I've got the G-code Kydex belt holster.  It's an excellent holster so far.  It tends to be a little hard on the finish at the muzzle end of the slide but I really like the way it draws.

The holster can also be converted to a paddle holster.

I have a Blade-tech for my XD9, but switched back to leather and got a FIST #20 for my XD357.

Personally, I like the Fobus holsters.  Have one for my Glock and my XD.  However, the one for the XD has what I would consider a design flaw.  With a proper grip, it pinches the crap out of your second finger between the grip and the holster when you holster up.  I used a small set of nippers to trim some of the kydex away from the part that surrounds the trigger guard, then scored the edge with a butane lighter to smooth the edges and now it is fine.  The Fobus are fairly inexpensive and simple.  Haven't tried the bladetech but they look pretty good.
