I'm going to have both of these guns available to carry and plan to carry each of them depending on the weather, my mood, clothing, etc.

Will an 'XD Slide' for my MTAC fit both of these pistols?

Mine both fit in my one Crossbreed Super Tuck.

9mm SC and 45ACP comp.

Excellent. I think the 45 is just marginally bigger but I'm sure the leather backing from the Crossbreed and Mtac will allow for some play there.
