Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Xdm and streamlight tlr-1 issues

Does anyone else run a streamlight tlr-1 on their xdm?  I am having issues with it flying off my 4.5 xdm .40 after several rounds. I've been tinkering with other keys to get a more secure purchase on the light. The only info I was able to research was using the glock key adapter vs 1913.  I have yet to try that at the range.  Does anyone else have any insight to this combo.?

I have a TLR1 on a 9mm XDM. Crank that thing on there, I use a quarter.

I have one for my xdm45 and haven't had that issue.
