Does anyone have any experience with the S&W Model 940 and the terrible extraction problems they have?

I have recently aquired one and am quite unhappy with the 9mm cases sticking in the gun.  Others have mentioned problems and I was wondering what if any problems have occured from members here?

Not the 940 but the .357 version.
38s fired all day but hot .357s always stuck, even when clean.
If purchased new, I would call Smith for further advice.
If I picked up a used one with the same problem, I would start by polishing the chambers to a mirror finish. (flitz, felt bob and dremel)
Any slight imperfections in the chamber, when fired, the brass will form to it.
Multiplied by 5 and you have sticky extraction.
True enough, the gun should not have been sold that way, IMO.

Polish, Polish, Polish. Flitz works wonders on wheelguns.
