Would a revolver that uses moon clips be able to use the (hard to  find) 9mm rimmed round? How about the other way around - a Charter Arms 9mm rimmed revolver, can it use regular 9mm with moon clips?
Finally, does anyone make 9mm rimmed brass?

Yes, the no-longer-manufactured 9mm rimmed (I think it was Federal, Yes) should work on 9mm revolvers.  I don't know whether anyone manufactures brass for 9mm rimmed.

well if it is made for the 9mm rimmed round would it have the groove around the back of the cylinder necessary for the moon clip?
