Had a thread on it a while back it's WISHO spec, meant for German market.  Note the hammer and the front sight are different than std 686's, as well as the finish obviously.

I just picked up a Smith& Wesson 360 two nights ago and love it! With the .357 she kicks like a mule though......Awsome

Just got this one last night at the Gun Show.  I got a hell of a deal on it.  It's damn near new.   Serial number says it was made in 2002.  I paid just $380.00 for it.  I went to the range and I'm surprised that's it's so enjoyable to shoot.  I guess I'll be loading in .44 mag now.
