Got it out to the range recently..
* fired off a string of .44 specials and I recall thinking that the recoil was more than I'd thought it would be. Not bad, but I was thinking the specials would be softer...hmmm...well it is a 34 ounce gun..the mags ought to be interesting
* fired off a string of .44 mag (240gr @ 1350fps..though probably slower from my short 4" barrel), the recoil let me know it was there, but it was no problem at all. Very little muzzle rise.
* fired off a string of .44 magnums rapid fire...not as fast as my Glock, but it seemed pretty fast.
* fired off a string of .44 speicals rapid fire...it was noticeably faster than the previous "rapid" string of magnums..hehe.
* one-handed - again, not a huge deal on the recoil. My hand could still feel it for an extra minute or so after firing, but not painful
* tons of fun!
Picture time (the ammo in the pics are .44 Specials from Corbon)
