Thank you OP.  I wasn't sure if those were his photos or ads, they look better than the Iphone pics I take!

Beautiful.

But, I would have to hold it and see how it feels/sounds when I cock it to form a real opinion.

Pretty sure OP could take a picture of a dog turd and it would come out looking amazing.

I wish I had your skills.

Beautiful!

I just ordered a Model P last night, I'm really hoping the case coloring is similar

That is a very nice wheel gun.  I have a Ruger Vaquero in Stainless Steel with Birds head grip chambered for .45acp.  I use it for daily concealed carry in my rotation.    I have been wanting a .45LC and this is mighty tempting.

How does the 1885 handle and shoot compared to a Colt SAA?  (Considering both are clones)

Awesome Remington, I had the 5 1/2" version using the same grips too. I had too many so I let that one go. I currently have a half dozen or so SAA's from Cimarron and love their fit and finish. If I may ask did you get the "US Finish" on it instead of the Standard Blue finish? I understand that for an additional $250 Cimarron will take the standard SAA and send it out to be finished in real color case hardening and charcoal bluing on par with Doug Turnbull's work. I know because I just ordered a 1872 Open Top to be fully hand engraved and finished in charcoal bluing. It should be a real stunner when it get's in my hands. For now here is a similar Open Top that is done by the same Master Engravers in Italy.

Beautiful pictures of a beautiful revolver!

Looks like you've adjusted the contrast and saturation a bit. If you don't mind me asking, what program are you using?

A touch - lightroom. Had it under exposed / over in a few pics. I shoot in raw so i just adjust slightly.

Good to know. I took some pics of s 3rd Gen Colt SA I was selling and they turned out pretty good, but I think the most surprising thing is the pictures were taken with my phone, an old Samsung Galaxy 5. They're in the Single Action Picture Thread thread.

I have been looking for a single-six for something different. Was going to opt for an Uberti El-Patron, but came across your pic. and bought a Cimmaron El-Malo in 45LC. at gun show last weekend.

Does not have the colors of yours, but I am impressed with the finish.

Good looking gun o.p.

I have been "window shopping" for these for a while now, but I think I am going to sell my Spanish made side by side 20ga and buy one, and maybe a lever action carbine to match.
