Well after searching for nearly a month I finally found a Blackhawk Hunter, I get to pick it up 7/12. What sort of scopes do you use or recommend? I'm looking for something to use out to 100 yrds. rocko.

I have used a Leupold 2X on my Super Blackhawk to take an Elk and 3 deer.
I am thinking about going back to a quality iron sight like the Bowen arms, It gets hard to find things even at 2 power while hunting.
One deer I took I pulled up and saw just fur, had to move the gun around just to find where I was aiming.
It is nice for longer shots, I could have even used a 2X7 a few times Javalina hunting, they just aren't near as big as they seem.
What will you be hunting, and where, this is another of those times the state your in would be helpful.
Try out a few and decide what you like, but try and stay with proven pistol scopes, I had one Tasco self destruct from heavy 310 grain loads.
