I am looking into buying a Kimber 1911 soon. I have done extensive research on the weapon, but still have a few questions about it that I cannot find answers for on-line. The first question is, does anyone know if the Kimber 1911 is available from factory in an OD Green frame configuration? If so does anyone have pictures or an internet link? The second question is, Does Kimber make a conversion kit from the standard .45 config. to a .38S config, and where could I find this at? Thanks for any information that you can provide.
