Are all desert eagle upper slides interchangeable?

Am trying to find out the same thing. Would like to put a .50 ae on a 41Mag frame. Does any one know?

mikepenn33,I did a search on google and came up with this site www.zvis.com/dep/dep.shtml. It has a lot of information about the Eagle. Look in FAQ for caliber conversion options.

Slides generally are interchangeable within the same series. Bolts for the proper cal will be required.

If you want a 50 - you need a Mark XIX frame series.
