Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - slide lock walks out while shooting

I have a Baby Eagle .40 and the slide lock has started walking out while shooting, mainly Winchester white box.

I was thinking about stripping the gun down and taking a good look at the spring that captures the slide lock.

Not sure if I should try to slightly bend it or try to purchase a new spring.

Any help here is appreciated.
