Yes, you can use a Tactical barrel in a USP45f.
These barrels drop in with no modifications. Check out: www.ccfa.com/hkoring.htm About 3/4 of the way down the page they have O-ringed barrels for the USP45 for $215.  www.calssportingarmory.com/HK%20Pistol%20Accessories.htm sells HK factory Tactical barrels for $290, but they have none in stock now. |

You're welcome. I hope it's helpful. Pretty much any HK "master dealer" should be able to order you a barrel, but HK is pretty notorious about being slow with parts unless you're LEO or military.
