Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Using USPc 40 mags in a USPc 9mm?

I've been thinking about getting a USPc 9mm and I was wondering if you can use the .40 mags in the 9 for extra capacity like the Springfield XDs?

People have written in here that you can but it defies common sense to me because the feed lips would/should be a different size.

Thanks!  I found a thread on hkpro.com where it said they will work in the 9mm.  I'm not sure about the feed lips either but apparently the Springfield Armory XD .40 cal mags work great in their 9mm.
