If you aren't trying to carry it concealed, I recommend the Safariland 6004 drop-leg holster.

Part # 6004-93-121 (right hand version)

I have a drop-leg nylon rig from www.highspeedgearinc.com . Very nice rig, very well made, and very reasonably priced, I think.

Here are some pics of the bianchi accumold that I use for my Tactical, when I carry it -

Here is one of the modification I needed to make to the holster, for the threaded barrel.

But if that doesnt work for you, I have also used a uncle mikes universal belt slide holster and it works pretty good, one of these -

Mine is the model 7001, size 16.

It is made for the fullsize USP 40/45, but as you can see in the pics, I cut out the bottom to allow for the threded barrel to fit through.

Not really, it fits in there just fine.  I dunno about the original sights, but with my meprolights it seems to have dulled the finish slightly at the top, from the pistol going in and out of the holster, rubbing against the material, but it isnt bad at all really.  But I dont notice it much, especially when I am shooting, cause I dont have the all black factory sights.

If looking for a drop-leg I recommend the Specter HK45 left or right. Very high quality and just a badass look. NOTE: this holster is note made for the tac, the comp sights rub on the holster but it will form to it after a night or two

I've had very good luck with a BladeTech holster for my USP45 w/UTL. Mine was originally a paddle holster, but I removed the paddle and used one of their tech-lok clips to use the holster on a belt.

ETA: The BladeTech holster has plenty of clearance for the Tac's higher front sight post.
