Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - P2000 mags 9mm

I just received two mags for a P2000 9mm. (I haven't bought the gun yet).  The mags came in a pouch marked HK USP compact 9mm.  I assume both guns take the same mag?

The US guns do. European 2000's take a slightly different mag and they supposedly will not interchange.
