What is the most you would give for a NIB supposedly unfired 1903>  Sale coming up in two weeks has one, has always been on my kinda want list....

None were "unfired". All were proofed by Springfield or Rock Island.

Pics and description only say:

NIB Colt 1903--pics show a clean pistol, two mags, Colt Box, and what looks like an instruction manual--No US marks appear--but the pics are small.

old--and if it get it SHOULD I shoot it?  I have always thought they were cool, but worried about loss of value and parts breakage////

If it is truly an unfired specimen I wouldn't shoot it.

There are plenty of beater 1903s out there.
