How much pitting is there on the crane and cylinder notches?

There is some, but not as bad as whats seen in the pic. The picture is the worst side/parts.

Late model Colt Cobra.  In good condition those are $400 to $500 pistols.  The Cobras don't got as high a price as the all steel Dec Specials.  In that condition, I'd be hard pressed to offer $200.  The pistol is probably restorable but it would be an expensive process.  Not many smiths work on the old style Colts, parts will almost certainly require fitting.  It might be a factory job at this point and I hate to think what that price tag would be.

I have to agree with the above post.... I'm thinking $150 to $200 tops.

Agreed. To have it done right, you're probably going to have that much in the restoration.

That's along the lines I was thinking. I'm not gonna give more than $125 for it.
