The holster will come off of the belt mount via the screws. Try taking it off and then opening the belt attachment enough by hand (it is really just a big loop of kydex) to slip it over the belt, then reattach the holster. The standard attachment is designed for 2 3/4" belts...is the military belt much wider than that? The tension screws can also be tightened from above to help secure the holster onto your belt.
Hope that helps...I have never tried the holster for fit on one of these belts, but I am confidant it will work on a stiff belt that is close to 2 3/4in. width. |

The LC2 belt is 2.25" wide.

I understand your desire to keep the pistol and muscle memory the same. But, is the pistol going to be accessable in that location with all your other gear? Ive got a 6004, one of the new ones with a better shroud, but am thinking about getting one of the HSGI drop legs that are made to mount the Safariland kydex inside it.
