Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - USAR deployment . need holster for G22 with MX3 attached. suggestions?

Am getting deployed with our USAR team in a week and am going to be "deputized" in MS when we get there and will be team LE security. I am going to work on the USAR Team so I will need a flapped holster to carry my Glock 22 with MX3 light attached. I can use a belt or shoulder rig. Any suggestions on what I can get to carry and to protect my pistol from USAR activities while still malinh it readily accessible? Thanks in advance for your help. Alan

The #6280 belt rig is the same as the #6004 except it is a belt rig insteard of a thigh mount. It has a hood, but no flap, yet combat arms guys are wearing it (#6004) by the thousands in Iraq...you cannot use one of those designed for carry of the gun with light mounted?
