On Bushmasters site I saw a nice Laser/Light combo and was wondering if anyone had seen anything like this for pistols.

Im hoping for one that will fit Sprinffields especialy, they seem to have the least accessories though...

You were probably looking at a Streamlight M6 or M6X combination light and laser.  The difference is that the X is waterproof (and costs double).  If you have an integrated rail on your Springfield, you're in luck.  If not, then you'll need an adaptor.  If your Springfield is a 1911 based gun, then there are quite a few mounts available.  SureFire makes them, as do the other makers of lights.  Check the Streamlight and SureFire websites for compatibility.  I think SureFire actually has a downloadable .pdf file that lists all of the guns and compatible lights.
