Decided I want to try appendix carry. Have been carrying at 4 o'clock with a MaxTuck hybrid. Being Christmas I hate spending money on myself for a new holster, so I decided to reconfigure this holster into an appendix carry.

In its normal mode it has a forward cant which will not work for me. I took the kydex off and removed the back loop and then started moving the horsehide cover around my 2 o'clock area, and then inserting the kydex with my G27 in it until it felt comfortable. I marked the kydex holes onto the leather. The holster is now straight up and down. Used a 1/4" punch to knock out the holes and remounted the kydex with the Chicago screws. With the holster and the pistol in place I marked where I wanted the rear loop to be, punched a hole and mounted the loop.

With a screw driver it can be changed back in about 2 minutes. I can raise or lower the height of the holster.

It took about an hour playing around, spent zero dollars, and have a very comfortable appendix holster.
