Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Tritium out on VTAC sights

My front tritium on my VTAC sights is no longer illuminated. Is there a fix for this?  The sights are only a year or so old. I would expect a much longer life than a year out of these. Is there anything I can do besides buy new sights?

Totally unacceptable if this happened.  I'm guessing the tritium vial somehow cracked.  Call S&W.  It should be replaced under warranty for free.

Upon further inspection, it appears that the tritium insert is missing all together.

Hit up the warranty if possible. Next route may have to be Tool-Tech.
