Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best product to remove buildup on weapon light lense.

Made the mistake of keeping my weapon light on at the range shooting some pmc and now there's a fog of shit on the lense. Whats the best product to use to clean it without damaging the lense. Insight M3 if it matters.

I use Breakfree CLp on my M3X. Works like a charm and makes the next go around just wipe off.

Simple Green works for me on my TLR-1s.  I take the cap off, spray a little on the lens, let it sit for a minute, if that, then rinse it off with water. If I have to I'll work it with a finger but it doesn't take much.
