I just called a respected dealer of LEO ammo to Citizens....they say no more LEO marketed ammo allowed to be sold to public, states new federal regs within last month??

I think it's more of a manufacturers requirement vs state/fed

Kinda True, but it's not a change in law, but a stricter policy decision by the manufacturers.

If it was for Winchester Ranger T ammo then yes.  Winchester is stopping sales to citizen and individual LEO.  Only shipping to police agency now.
