Small, new companies are looking for business. As such they need a "hook" to get people to buy. DT apparently is willing to load some screaming hot ammo for money. He is not the first to do this, and won't be the last. I have no idea about the operation itself...is he cranking stuff out on a Camdex in his garage, or does he have a modern production facility?
Now DT may, in fact, have discovered something the big boys don't know about ammo production, but as a seasoned cynic, I would guess he has not. I would be more inclined to think he may be pushing the envelope on chamber pressures and such in order to make some money. But all of that is purely speculation on my part...along with quite a few years of experience and some healthy cynicism.
I am quite happy to let others take the risk with their firearms, eyes and fingers while this stuff is "proven" to be valid commercial ammo...but then, I still do not use CorBon either.
