Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - nato 9mm at ammoman

Can someone give me some info on the USGI nato 9mm ammunition at ammoman? Would it be good for practice-target shooting? Or is it too hot?  I have heard that shooting too much +P or +P+ ammunition will mess up a pistol. I am not sure if that is true. I would be shooting it in a Walther P99 and a CZ PCR.
