Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Truly a "drop-in" Beavertail safety.......do they exist?

I am looking to upgrade my Springfield 1911 with new hammer and beavertail safety.  I am not concerned about fitting the hammer but my issue is with the safety grip.  Is there a beavertail safety on the market that is truly a "drop-in" without fitting.

Or just spend the extra and have it professional done.

All of them require fitting of the engagement surfaces to a certain degree.  That Wilson part is the closest to drop in.  It doesnt require any frame modifications.
