Does the S&W 1911 have a firing pin safety, such as the Schwartz (Kimber Series II) or the Colt Series 80?

IIRC, they are original design except for the external extractor. IOW, no FPS.

They do have some sort of internal trigger lock in the MSH, IIRC.
