I found a new Beretta 22 kit for $415.00, Is that a good price? I have been told They are very hard to find. This is for a 92 and it's built by beretta.

They are hard to find.  $415 is a fair price.  The two that most recently sold on Gunbroker went for $390 and $449.  Another one with 4 extra mags sold for $590.  If one where to show up for sale in the Beretta forum for $415, it wouldn't last long.  
I'd offer $400, but would buy it if he won't come down.
