This is from a gun collection, part of an estate with which I am helping a friend.  Basically, I am trying to establish a fair market value for each item.  That whole story is in another thread, if you are interested:

This pistol is decribed by the owner's family as:

Pietro Beretta, Gardone V. T., Model 84B, Cal .9 Short, Italian,  Patented Berben Corporation N.Y. - N.Y., Serial # B876XXX

My most current copy of the Blue Book places the value of this pistol at $295 for 100%, $250 for 98%, $225 for 95%, etc.  As you can see from the pictures below, this Beretta is like new in the original box with papers - it appears unfired.  I believe that it should rate 100%, but I am no good at assessing those percentages.  I would appreciate any advice on how to evaluate/price this firearm fairly.  I would prefer to avoid the hassle and expense of having these firearms professionally appraised, but I would like to be in the right ballpark when I establish the values.

Again, it looks like a fair price. Again, these guns are slow sellers due to their size & caliber. They're good guns for a female though, IMO.
