your best bet would be to go to a LE department who uses them and see if they would be interested in participating. would this involve the eventual destruction of the gun?

Nope, we are having new barrels in a different caliber made and are looking for a host weapon to put through its paces with this new round ...

CDNN had some DAO 92s in their last catalog for $289, and DAO 40s for $269. If all you are looking for is the frame/lower half, these may work out for you...............
