What would be the best holster for a 96 Brig? I am looking for something to wear on my hip for target practice and the range. I will also wear it when I go on my hikes in the woods around my property.

I want one that straps on the belt btw, no clip ons. And good quality and lined to help keep it from getting too scratched up. I have no plans to carry this gun concealed as its too big for that. I'm more interested in something to hold the gun for me while I reload the mags at the range, and something to keep it secure on hikes thru hilly and wooded terrain .

What would you guys reccomend as the best holster for the job?

I carry my 96G Elite in a kydex "Jakel" holster by Desantis Lesther.  I use a paddle but I think you can get one in a belt slide,
