I broke a small part. 100% my fault and they sent me a replacement at no charge within a week. Thanks Beretta

good deal.  I had a grip screw wiggle its way out.  they charged me for it, but were very pleasant and the service was lightning fast.

Last year I broke an ejector rod on a Stampede, probably their fault, and got a free replacement anyhow

Now if they can just get out the extra back straps for the PX4, life would be good!

I called them once about getting a set of replacment grips for a 92F. Hard use had worn them out..

They not only sent a free set, but new grip screws as well...

One reason that I have stuck with Beretta...

I had the extractor break on my 96 brig. and they sent me a new one and an extra one just in case at no charge.  They came in the mail in 2 days and I was back shooting without a hitch.  A+
