I have a stainless 96 alloy frame black rubber grips, how do I take them off?

Its simple...just remove the grip screws.
If the grip does not just fall off you may need to stick the tip of your finger up into the bottom edge of the mag well and pop the grip out.Sometimes the grips fit snug on the grip bushings and stick in place.
