My brother just bought a new Tomcat .32, with fixed sights.  He said it shoots about 1 foot left at 20 yards.  I don't know anything about that gun, or that round.  Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem?

Start by firing it from a rest and having somebody else watch his hands closely.  If he's jerking the trigger then the problem is him.  If he's steady and it is still that far off then the rear sight may need to be drifted a little to the left.

Do a search for "Shooting left" or "Striker".  He had some great advise for those of us who shoot to the left.  It cured All of my left shooting guns.  My Tomcat shoots to point of aim, and holds fantastic accuracy for such a small gun.  I have been very impressed with it.  If he can cure me, he can do the same for you.
