My woman got me a pair of them for Xmas but I have yet to get a range report on them. They fit flush and hold 18rds which is why I like them but at first they are hard to insert when fully loaded. I've had them loaded up since Xmas and the springs seem to have weakened abit making it easier.

I checked out Mec Gar's site and can't figure out how to purchase the 18 rounders AND the plus 2 butt-plate.  Do I have to just buy the 20 rounders?  If so, do they come with the regular butt-plate in case I don't want plus 2?

You can buy the 20 rounders.  They are the same as 18 rounders and the +2 buttplate.

How do you take those +2 mags apart? I've been trying to clean mine, but can't figure out how to get that thing off. Thanks!

EDIT - nevermind, I got em off

You can buy 20 rounders from CDNN and 44mag.com.

I wouldn't buy Botach, that's like risking your money. Horrible CS, many orders never make it to destination. Lots of credit card problems. Just don't do it.

CDNN is too expensive for me. That 8.25% sales tax is killer.

LOL pro mag, are you serious?  Only three types of mags for the beretta, Factory Beretta, MDS and Mec-Gar.    The only cheaper option would be military surplus M9 mags if 1st three cannot be found.

Really? MecGar makes Sig, Beretta, and most other OEM metal mags, I have never had any issues with them, the only difference is that the Beretta, Sig, and Hrowning Hi Power mags I have seen were stamped with the factory markings and then "made in Italy" (this means MecGar) as well. OEM mags just cost twice as much. Has anyone had any issues with overcompressed springs on these? I have a hard time with the idea that they fit 18 rounds in a space designed for 15? I want some of these but they seem a little too good to be true
