Is the Wolf the same double wound spring of the SIG?

I'm basically looking for a factory correct recoil spring.

My P226 is has never missed a beat.  Which is why I want to replace it with what the factory shipped it with.

Is SIG the only OEM source for these spring?

SIG is the only place I know of to get OEM recoil springs.
