Who has put a lot of rounds through theirs? Is it tough enough to take lots of practice? I'd like one, but I'd like to be able to shoot it often without worrying about wearing it out too quickly.

Shouldn't be a problem. It will, of course, depend on what you consider "fairly often" If you're only talking about three to five boxes a day you should be fine. Remember to change out the springs about every couple weeks if you're shooting it that much.
