i just bought a 229 that comes with a .40SW and .357sig barrel.  i'm thinkin about selling the .357 barrel, but i have no idea how much to ask for.  what do ya'll think?

+1  All you need now is a Barsto 9MM barrel and you get 3 calibers in 1 gun.

Agreed...I'd keep it. A drop-in caliber change is a luxury.

P.S.- I LOVE my 229....easily one of the best pistols I've ever owned....if not the best.

hmm, you guys may have a point about keepin it.  what's an advantage of .357SIG?  i don't know much about the round.  could i sell this barrel for almost enough to get a barsto 9mm barrel?  how much do they run?

I agree. I have both barrels and shoot .357 Sig most of the time. Only if there is free .40 S&W ammo will I change out the barrel. LOL!
