Yep, I have several of them and they are flush like a 13 round factory mag. The Mec-Gar P226 mags with 17 rounds are also flush.

Yep, Meg-Gar just puts a smaller follower in than the Sig factory mags have. I have 4 of the 17 rounders for my 226 and they've been flawless.

I like those X-Grip adapters, especially with the Mec-Gar 17 round P226 mags in the P228. Great photo.
