$400 OTD for a 1992 P226 with extremely dim night sights. Lots of finish wear on the slide, but inside/mechanically it looks brand new. Slide rails are dull (ish) black. No rattle at all.

Sounds like it was carried often and shot little.
Did you get anything else with the gun? Mags, holster, etc? |

hells yeah I paid a bit more for mine and it has a "nick" on the frame rail. runs flawlessly but you can tell it was previously owned. also very dim factory night sights.

Went and shot it this weekend. Definitely a keeper. Very accurate and went through a couple hundred rounds without a hitch! I'll try to get some pics up as soon as I can find the camera. Also debating on keeping its "character" instead of refinishing the slide.
