Use the 10rd mags for the range and buy some 15 rd mags for carry use. Your state does not have a ban on standard mags. The gun may have been made during the Federal Ban from 94 to 04.

You can use those limited 10 rounders with which it came. You can also use the G19 15 rounders in it, the G17 17 rounders, the G18 31 rounders, and/or +2 extensions on any/all of them. All non-G19 mags will stick out the bottom of the magwell.

I call those communist mags made for the communist states of the union
They will fit in your G19 no issue and the 15 will also along with the 33 and 17. |
