If they made that or any full-size single stack .45, I would camp outside of the gun shop to be first in line.

I would like to see a factory .22 similar to the Advantage Arms kit. I would also like to see a G26 size singe stack 9mm. While they are at it, I'll take a long slide G20 for hunting.

I have always thought that they should leverage the modular nature of the Glock design and sell kits. The kit could include a .22 upper, .40 upper and a 9mm barrel. Throw in some mags for each caliber and that would be slick.

A compact/sub-compact 9mm single stack. I'm convinced Glock will make this one day, since they released the .45ACP single stack.

I agree, kits would be a great way to change the Glock. Sadly that would mean no one would buy their guns anymore.

I really wish Glock would come out with something like the PM9.  A small single stack 9mm for pocket carry.

Interesting thought...

I suppose you can already make a Glock that has almost no Glock OEM parts: CCF Frame, Lonewolf or CCF or Caspian slide, aftermarket barrel, etc...

You mean like the Robar XTreame metal frame "Glock".  Check out the July 2008 issue of "Guns" magazine, page 44.  But at a price of $1499, I'd buy several used Glocks instead!

I seriously want one! If the Glock had never been made/produced, then a 1911 would be my go-to handgun. I love my 1911's, but none of them are reliable as my Glock.

I just want a 1911 produced in the Glock factory with the glock finish and the polymer glock frame.

I'd like someone to explain to me why we're 4 years out of the AWB, and nobody's come up with a hi-cap .22 pistol.
One that's as popular and reliable as a Glock in particular would sell in numbers that I bet would eclipse any 3 other brands/models combined.

Rimmed cartridges can be a bit of a pain to feed reliably from a straight mag.

The .22lr round is notorious for being horribly unreliable in pistols, let alone in double stack magazines.  It just wouldnt work.

A glock with a fuse?  So you have time to throw it before it blows?

Heh.

Actually, I would like a glock with ambidextrous magazine release, ambidextrous slide release, grip safety, chamber load indicator, firing pin indicator, hexagonal rifling and that fires 10mm caseless ammo that somehow disipates the heat buildup as well as ejecting hot brass.
