On my barrel on my G23 where the ejection port there is a pentagon stamped on the right next to the Glock symbol.

Anyone know what this  means?

I believe it refers to the rifling in the barrel...i.e., use jacketed bullets, NOT unjacketed lead, which will screw-up the rifling and "could" cause a Ka-Boom. Check the manual with regard to ammunition....the usual recommendation is... jacketed bullets and NO reloads....if you want to keep the warranty in force.
